Please keep in mind that if you sent your email Friday - Sunday, it may take us until the following business week to return your email. As you can imagine, most of our weekends are filled with events so while we’re not at our desks, we’re busy on-site making event magic happen ;-)

Choosing a Wedding Planner is an important decision, especially since we’ll be spending so much time together. We want you to feel comfortable, confident, and (most importantly) stress‑free throughout the entire planning process.
We look forward to our initial consultation with you because we’ll get to do a deep-dive into what is truly important to you, your fiance, and families throughout the planning journey and on your wedding day.

Preparing for your initial consultation
You will receive an email in response to the contact form you filled out on our website. That email will include a link to schedule an initial consultation. This can be done via phone, Zoom call, or in person at our office in Springboro.
This initial meeting will allow us to learn a lot more about you, your event goals, and where you are in the planning process.
To help you get ready for our meeting, we suggest you prepare the following items:
First, if you haven’t booked your venue yet, wait! Your venue is a critical component and effects everything from your budget, event day logistics, guest count, design choices, and more. In fact, don’t book any more vendors (including a photographer). We will be referring you to our curated list of vetted vendors that best fit your style and budget. Our dream team becomes your dream team!
Prepare a list of any vendors or services that you have already booked or were interested in. Haven’t done any planning on your own? Even better because that’s where we excel!
Have an honest an open conversation with your fiance and families about wedding party size, guest count, and overall budget. These factors have a big impact on your day.
Have your Pinterest board ready with inspirational photos in it. This can be anything from colors that speak to you, fashion that you gravitate to, interior design that matches your lifestyle, and photos that create the mood or vibe that you’re going for. Of course, inspirational event photos are also great, but we also get inspiration for your event from other aspects of your life and personality.
