Full Service Planning
You have met the love of your life and are excited to be engaged, but you’re also busy conquering life and crushing goals. You also know that you want to make all the very best decisions right from the start so sit back, relax and let us take the work out of planning for you! From design to planning the small details, this package has it all to turn your vision into a reality!
We include full event design, vendor selection and setting appointments, scheduling logistics, budget management, RSVP tracking, timeline creation, and everything else that makes your day run smoothly.
The week leading up to the wedding, we’re also very hands-on with bridal luncheons, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, delivering guest check-in gifts to the hotel, and so much more. On the wedding day, we’re also the first ones there and the last ones to walk out of the building to ensure your day is fully taken care of from start to glorious finish.
Your only job is to tell us what you want, and we’ll make it happen!
Partial Planning
You have already started the planning, but are now starting to feel overwhelmed tying up all the loose ends.
Our Partial Planning Package starts with an in-depth consultation to organize the plans you have thus far, and guidance on bringing the remaining special touches to life.
Together we will work to create a to-do list as well as keep you on track checking those tasks off your list. We’re also there to stay in touch regularly, referee between key players, and make sure you have a stress-free journey leading all the way up to your big day!
Plus, you also receive all the month of planning perks including timeline creation, pre-planning meetings, and 12 hours of Day-of Service.
Our Partial Planning Package ensures you get to enjoy more of the planning process as well as enjoy all the special moments of the wedding day. . .truly a win-win for all!
Event Management
Event Management (often known as Month of Coordination) is for the couple who has everything planned, but would like professional assistance for the final touches. After all, you can’t be the bride AND trouble-shooter, decorator, and coordinator on the wedding day! This life-saving service also means that your mom, family and wedding party also get to enjoy every little moment as well.

We’ll focus in on the month leading up to the BIG day including your timeline creation, pre-planning meetings, and 10 hours of Day-of Service.

I got married on 01/22/22 at The Dayton Art Institute. I was going to wait to leave a review until I could come up with words about how amazing Blush & Bloom Weddings was but it’s been 6 months and I am still speechless!
