Carly and Alex booked our Event Management services. We also helped them secure a few remaining vendors in their final month of planning. Tours of the church and venue were also scheduled to help them finalize decor details and placement at their venues.

I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Lisa! She was so helpful throughout the process including making the timeline, calling vendors, setting up decorations, and most importantly coordinating our wedding day amazingly. I was able to have the most amazing day with Lisa handling all the details! I received so many comments from the bridal party and guests on how amazing and helpful Lisa was throughout the day on any questions people had, and how smoothly the wedding went compared to other weddings they have been part of. After having to postpone their wedding, Makenzie & Ross decided to book our Event Management Services. Feeling the stress of the pandemic, we were able to help take some of the pressure away by pulling all of her plans together and finalizing details with vendor teams. When the day arrived both Makenzie and Ross could enjoy every moment with their close friends and family while we took care of all the logistics for them!

My mom and I hired Jena as a month of planner, with everything going on in 2020 we needed someone to help us with the final details of my wedding! Liz and Mason utilized our Partial Planning Services. We were able to help guide them along the way with vendor recommendations and decor inspiration. We did walk throughs of the venue to discuss floor layout, seating arrangements, and decor for the day and evening. During the wedding day we were there to be the main point for communication and coordination for the ceremony and reception.

I don’t think there are enough words to express my gratitude for Jena and all she did to make our wedding day perfect. I cannot imagine how crazy the day would have been without her.

Trying to coordinate a wedding while living out of town is a tough task. Abby and John booked our Event Management Services to organize vendors and details for their wedding day. We met a month before the wedding to review details and plans to ensure we pulled their vision to life on the day-of. While they enjoyed the day making memories, we worked hard to manage all details both at the Church and reception venue.

Sarah and Dominic had originally planned for a large wedding at Dayton Masonic Center, but 2020 kept altering their plans. As the days came closer for Sarah and Dominic's wedding, they realized they needed an extra hand to take care of the setup for their reception that they switched to Flemings Steakhouse. While they enjoyed their ceremony at the Church, we were able to come in and take care of the decor setup and coordinate the details with the other vendor teams for a beautiful reception.

We worked with Kayla & Ryan providing Event Management Services. After having to postpone their original wedding date, we wanted to make sure they didnt worry about one thing when the day arrived. We met with them throughout the process to ease their minds due to stress from the pandemic, and help to navigate the changes with the new date. We walked the venue a month prior to the wedding date to finalize floor layout, ceremony location and guidance, vendor direction and all decor details to ensure everything was perfect for the big day.

 Jackie and Nick booked our Event Management Services. We met with them a month prior to their wedding date to walk the venue space and review all plans and details with them. We were there to help coordinate the rehearsal, and then bring their vision to life on the day-of and maintain the timeline between all vendors.

Casondra and Casee felt overwhelmed trying to bring all of their details and plans together, especially given all the changing event restrictions during the pandemic. We stepped in with our Event Management Services. We had a couple meetings to discuss planning and helped her to secure a few vendors that were still needed last minute. On the wedding day, we were onsite to oversee and coordinate vendors, decor setup, and manage the timeline for the day. At the end of the evening, Casondra, Casee, and their families were able to leave together knowing that we had the clean-up taken care of for them.

Sara + mark at Dayton country club

We met Sara and Mark when working a past wedding at The Grand Hall for Mark's brother John, and instantly had a connection with them! When they told us they were getting married in September 2020 we were thrilled to assist with their big day. With the uncertainty of COVID, they decided to postpone their wedding to June of 2021 (a few days after all mandates were lifted!).

After a long planning journey together, we were so excited when the wedding day finally arrived for Sara + Mark. They utilized our Event Management Services; however, with the postponed wedding date we had more time than usual to get to them better. When Sara was in town we would meet at the venue to talk through details and plans, as well as had multiple phone and zoom calls while she was living in Nashville to discuss details for the day. As the time got closer, we finalized all logistics with other vendor teams to ensure a smooth wedding day!
